All pressure parts are manufactured according to the PED directive (97/23/CE).
Due to the special design of the steam collector, the proportion of wet steam is reduced.
The body of the steam generator is insulated with rock wool and stainless sheet metal.
The vertical version is suitable for places with limited space – the coil of the steam generator can be cleaned through a top-opening hatch.
The degree of protection of the electrical panel of a standard steam boiler is IP55 and the set includes the following:
- general switch;
- auxiliary switch;
- burner start switch;
- power control switch;
- digital temperature controller for the continuous control of the temperature of steam;
- protection warning lights (water interruption warning, overload warning, pressure warning, smoke warning, burner warning).
